You probably won't find any amazing free plugins. Most good plugins are $100-$1,500. The plugin I use most is probably Sylenth1, which is ~$150. Another plugin that might help and that I use quite often is Nexus 2, which is ~$250. Sylenth is great for synthesis, while Nexus is good for finding sounds like pianos.

The Yatagarasu by Manix and Duelo Maestro by Nacho both got rated. No feature, just a rate. All of these (in?)famous levels getting rated and Aftermath still hasn't been rated. Not confirmed, he hopes to get it out by then. But last time he hoped to get it out by a certain time, he spent 12 more months on it, so don't get excited.
CutieKitty is a huge source of drama and literally no one actually knows what happened to her because of confusion caused by people like Rob Buck, TriAxis, and the couple hundred of her raving fans that freaked out and still consistantly spam the comments of her levels with her being dead. as far as i know, the fact that a bunch of famous creators posted "RIP Rika" on their profiles around the same time she quit led people to the false assumption that Rika is CutieKitty and that she died, somehow the default thing became in a car accident, and then those people started spamming it in the comments so much that other people saw it and started spreading it too. now it's just a whole mess because the 2 or 3 people in the community that knew her personally refuse to tell anyone what actually happened. just from my personal knowledge, Rika is a well-known GDForum user who was diagnosed with cancer, and many popular creators posted on their profile about her, while CutieKitty just quit GD because of all the drama with people thinking she's TriAxis and then people thinking she's dead. Etzer is still trying to build, just slow G4lvatron has been spending the past couple months working on a huge "game inside geometry dash" project, but it's so laggy that he's trying to optimize it for 2.1 Jayuff is extremely busy because of schoolwork and sports but wants to build asap (i've talked to him personally about it) Rek3dge quit because of community drama Dorabae is pretty much unreachable, no idea what they're doing Rolipso quit gd to get better at music production Pineapple is also difficult to reach and unknown Ellixium has been quitting on and off for a while now but presumably hasn't actually left forever Zobros stopped playing aside from one or two cool demons he sees here and there due to his hand being injured Riot stopped playing because of not having fun any more and wanting to do other games but still plays sometimes RespectVG is starting to begin music production, but still builds from time to time and uploaded a level preview just over a week agoN ItsJerry4vn seems to have become disinterested in gd and left it for other things MisterM is just a slow builder lol HyperFlameGD has quit until 2.1 comes out WeoWeoTeo is transitioning out of gd but is still working on projects from time to time DiMaViKuLov26 is also extremely difficult to reach, and has presumably quit Acxle.. i have no idea? not to sound insulting or something but is this person particularly famous? i had never heard of them until just now, and upon searching them it seems like they only have 2 rated levels and their profile comments only have 60-ish likes each, despite being up for nearly a year hope this helped, i guess also, i believe it will be out in 2016, because before rob just said he WANTED it to be out by a certain date, but this time he actually says it definitely WILL.
