      The thing is, he said he was trying and he hoped it would be out by the end of 2015. The end of 2015 was 11 months ago. Now he's hoping to get it out by the end of November, which just under a week away. Then, it's December with Christmas and everything. We are in the same situation as last year, and if "hoping" and "will try" ended up being "you will still be waiting in 12 months," that means I doubt "definitely" means it's for sure going to come out. It's promising, but I can assure you that there is still a decent-sized chance we will be getting it in 2017.
