That's been a joke since the early days of World of Warcraft - when I first heard it. I'm sure it's been around far longer than that, too. Here's a question for y'all - how do you manage to keep playing just this one game for so long? Do you play other games too? What is it about it that keeps you coming back? I remember when I was younger I used to play one game at a time, through to completion, then move on to another one. I don't think I've finished a single game in... At least four years now. Yikes.
EchoBae ;3; you're alive! I play this game cuz is only game available, and I like trying my hand at creating more and more.
My interest goes in waves. Sometime this is the only thing I play for 5 hours straight, sometimes I play it for only 3 hours in 2 weeks. I also play TF2 and work on making my own game. Spoiler I was just thinking I should not spill my water on my new keyboard. 2 seconds after I thought that, I spilled it onto my phone :/
Right now i'm addicted to League of Legends, it's been 1 year since i started playing it, and i play nothing but LoL, tho i'm really curious and interested about GD 2.1, that's really it.
i just want 2.1 because: 1. shake trigger(yah i know) 2. Spiderz 3. So i can change my name back to Xolimono thats it
What is dead may never die! But you know, there are HUNDREDS of free games, on both iOS / Android / PC that can be played on all kinds of set-ups, whether new or old. Games you'd actually want to play. Why this one in particular? Oh man, League is the one game I've been playing the most for the longest time. I've spent over 2000 hours on it since Season 2. Though the other day I got back into Dishonored. Man oh man I LOVE the world. Except, you know, the plague. And death. And social inequalities, misery, poverty, and so on.
Seems like some pretty legit copied levels. All are pretty easy and fun and not extreme demons, right?
there's lots of games with a concise start and finish that i have absolutely loved by this point in my life (notably portal 1 and 2, super mario galaxy 1 and 2, most of the legend of zelda games, most of the halo games, and skyrim, if you can call the main story campaign a start and finish) , but the only ones i play on a daily basis right now are GD and Minecraft. i've been playing GD for a little over 2 years now and minecraft for almost 5. i guess the main attraction of GD, for me at least, is the lack of any kind of story of objective; even with games that have a story mode and then a supplementary free-roam world, a sense of completion and a lack of things to do often sets in if there's any type of "end" to the story. being able to constantly set goals for myself (get into a good creator group, get a featured level, hold a creator contest, etc etc) makes GD kinda hard to get bored of. that and that there's literally hundreds of thousands of unique songs to make levels with edit: wow this post got really long and boring really fast
I play steam version cuz my phone is trash and can't download anything cuz base processes and my social stuff takes up 97.4% of my storage (I only have about 215 Mb left)
u-uh ;o idk xD thanks i guess?? edit: HOLY CRAP THIS WAS MY 666TH POST (THANKS ZIMSSHI7Z FOR NOTICING). HOLD UP, I GOTTA MAKE THIS BEAUTIFUL edit #2: AIGHT HERE WE GO *SATANIC MUMBLING* BOW DOWN TO ME, FEAR MY POWER, I'LL RAZOR LEAF YOUR FACE, ETC ETC okay that concludes me suddenly being satanic edit #3 - at this point i'm starting to wonder if i should just never post here again and let this be my last post, like echo suggested i do a few months ago.. eh oh well i'll probably forget, accidentally post something random, and then be unable to delete it within the next couple days regardless edit #4 - @goldi: sure why not what could possibly go wrong *summons* edit #5 - awwwwh goldi <3 fine i'll stayyyyy.. i might not post for a day or two tho so people can enjoy my beautiful post number~
