Yeah that's why I was asking. I read the description. Also the ID is way too small to be a song so new. The ID's are in the millions now right?

Now I've got a plan for this level It's got a bit of the jumpy style like Geometrical Dominator did, so I'm gonna remake Geo Domi as if it was made with this song Basically GD made to fit this song, yay or nay? No. I don't use newgrounds. If it's on GD then that's all I know. Plus I don't really care. Like I find songs places and then I have them. And my phone's too small to display the whole link in portrait mode. I had to search through the link. All summed up I don't really care or know as long as it's on GD, so don't judge me people. Do you guys think RobTop's going to make a level with that music or he just made it for the community? EDIT: By a RobTop level I meant a online/custom level.
if there's a changelog, assuming it includes roughly everything in the update, i bet it'll be twice the size of 2.0's.. one could argue that 2.0 will remain the most innovative and revolutionary update, but hell, the number of individual changes and additions in 2.1 are just too many to compare xD (fun fact: yesterday was the 2-year anniversary of 1.9's release) (fun fact #2: the wait for 2.1 is already 151 days longer than the wait for 2.0 was)
In my opinion,I say that 1.9 was the revolutionary update. 2.0 was okay, but it just made things worse.But hey, that's just my opinion.
