But seriously

1) Take advantage of move

2) Don't be afraid to use concepts from others effects

3) Pulse Alpha and Color are your best friends

4) HSV

 

adding on to that - MESS AROUND WITH EASING! just off the top of my head, i can think of at least two times i've been able to make a rather mundane effect and turn it into something crazy just by testing out all of the different easings. Bounce and Exponential are always cool

 

Sine and ease in or out depending are ;3;

I'm only going to say a couple things because I don't feel like writing another essay.

The bass has two main harmonics, which make the pitch seem strange and quite frankly make the melody horrible. The notes for the melody are also boring, and the percussion is still generic. Basically everything is out of key. Nothing really has a focus.

I'd listen to more deep house before trying to make it. Really dissect some songs and pick out what you like and put them into your songs.

This game is featuring cancer levels just because people are popular. robtop needs to stop featuring levels just cuz I guy is popular and ACTUALLY FEATURE LEVELS THAT ARENT COMPLETELY TERRIBLE.
