Looks pretty easy. Just move the blocks clipping into and through the rectangle back into the original line, so it looks good and maintains a good structure without any clipping into the rectangle. I apologize if that was not the answer you were looking for.
That's not the problem I had, I was talking about how it doesn't all line up with the lines inside the rectangle. I wish the 3DL centers weren't so screwed up, this would be so easy otherwise.
