Ok so while playing this little game where we pretend it's the first couple pages, I saw that you could LITERALLY TELL ROBTOP YOU MADE A LEVEL AND HE USUALLY FEATURED IT. I cri everyteim ;-; if only
Well, I was thinking more of how Beat Hazard and Audiosurf does it and just allow uploaded music for regular levels (if that's possible.) You could always restrict user levels to the in-game soundtracks. But I'll be getting this game either way
Im trying out a few new things today...love that there is so much to do....the only thing i struggle with is block designs i really just cant get ideas for them....ill be uploading some test levels and posting them here so u can see what im up to and whether i can get back in the creation business or not lol
Ah ok, could be cool to create levels to your own music. Would be awesome to be able to share levels with custom music as well, not quite there yet though I plan to release new songs and game assets in updates, so hopefully that will keep things fresh for a while!
Yeah, I'll admit I struggle with block design a bit too. But yeah if you show me some of the test stuff I'll help you out Most block designs these days are glowy (you probably noticed that) so that's probably a good place to start. Recently I've been trying to mix an older block design (something from 1.7 or before) with a 2.0 block and I've had some pretty good results sometimes, so maybe that's an idea to try out
I only know one thing which happened to me: Me - July 2015: Hello Robert! RobTopGames - July 2015: Hi!
Hmm...anyone else getting serious Impossible Game vibes from this? Still, looks pretty good. I think i'll buy it.
Has anyone tried beating Dem Journey? It's a SUPER fun demon, y'all need to try it, but do it in practice first. Yeah... :v The spawn trigger activates a group of triggers at once, and you can keep on activating those triggers by copy and pasting the same spawn trigger and moving it to where you want it. Although, for some reason, it only works if the touch triggered option is enabled, and it doesn't work if you activate the same group of triggers again, so, you can't do that copy and paste thingy I told you about. So, it's pointless, and I suggest you don't even bother using it. :/ Hopefully RobTop will fix it in 2.1.
