WHAT DOES THAT MEAN

I honestly have no idea what to believe anymore.
His never level can't be downloaded, as it says I need to update the app.
Yet it has over 11,000 downloads.
I don't know WHAT is happening.

 

I would love to believe that, but:
It's a level by Skitten.
It actually has 11,000 downloads.
IT'S ON THE FEATURED PAGE.
And it has verified user coins.
