Ban him. The fact that he has a new account wont change anything. He will just keep bullying everyone until he gets banned again. Make him suffer the consequences.

It's not about "who said what", appearances, making friends or loyalty. For the most part, you're a self-regulating community and are responsible for yourself. I thought I'd give everyone an opportunity to pitch in, though in hindsight I should've made it anonymous. Regardless, 1 vote down.
Honestly I have no vote because I wasn't in any bad things with him. But I've seen fights involving him.
I know there's already been 3 votes, but I say we give him a chance. I never got in any fights, so that might be affecting my opinion, but I think we should see how he acts with the risk of getting banned at any second hanging in front of him.
Same here. I got the game days after it came out, and I've been stalking this thread since about page 25. I guess I could be considered one of the very veteran players, but I didn't join until last year, so I guess not.
Trust me, he's still the same... I use to talk to him on Skype but not anymore since the day after yesterday. Just ban him, he already has 3/2 votes already.
Personally, I think he deserves a ban, I watch the thread often silently and it bugged me how he often says/replies with "..." of course that is no reason for a ban, however i witnessed him tell someone to commit suicide, which is never okay in any circumstance.
