Uhh... I'm trying to make this test level with black blocks covering the player with text moving on top. I put them both on the top layer with the text layer as z-order 100 and the black blocks as -100, and the text is still under the black blocks. It only goes on top when the black blocks are on the bottom layer...

Is -100>100?

The game thinks so.

Check the buttons at the bottom - Bot, Mid, Top.

Those take precedent no matter what.

They are both Top, cause I want the player to be hidden. Even if the black screen is in Mid, it still doesn't work. :/

You cant change the z-order on text. Idk why

 

I never plan for levels. Music i hear in other levels inspires me.
