Well how WILL the lines be cramped? Just because they moved forward or backwards a little bit doesn't mean they'll suddenly be cramped together. You are absolutely clueless. A level is rushed for an important reason. Maybe it's because a CC is about to end. So they can't quickly fix something they messed up big time because they have no time to. Then, while they are updating it, people would notice its original version and start disliking it. And you should know what happens next, because I just explained it a post ago. Making the whole entire level spin is TOTALLY different than just an object going in circles! The rotate trigger is JUST AS BAD as the loopy-loop vehicle! So if people get dizzy easily, RobTop should put a little warning. Your idea is TOTALLY DIFFERENT! And sometimes, people tend to put in different vehicles in the wave parts on their NC levels to make it more unique. People can really like the concept, and they can possibly use it in a NC level just to see what both the NC concept and this spin concept would look together. Also, this has to do with flashiness because people like to make flashy levels in Geometry Dash. So someone can combine your concept with a whole bunch of flashiness. And the worst part is, that level could get RATED and FEATURED! It is possible that RobTop may not get headaches as easily as a majority of people. He may think the level is awesome, and he'd rate and feature it. In order for a level to look good, it has to have lots of decoration. So with more objects rotating, some people may view the level and get dizzy. Meanwhile, with the loopy-loop vehicle, people would enjoy the level more, so the effort the creator put into the level wouldn't be pointless. The less rotating/spinning/looping objects, the less dizzy someone gets. Switching to another subject, levels would still look ridiculous with the concept. Just think about it. Just think about how ridiculous it would look if someone's level was just spinning_____ I actually just realized. Your idea won't work. The player would have no obstacles to dodge since the object is locked to the player. So all the obstacles would just be spinning around the player since they would also be locked to the block since they have to circle around the block no matter what. Also, in your last sentence of this quote, you said his. GIRLS PLAY THIS GAME TOO YOU KNOW. Rude (I'mma boy, but it's still rude to forget about girls). Yes, but he can always use it in levels after the level that introduces the vehicle. X-axis movement would be different to the player since they are not use to it. This means creators can play around with the vehicle. So the player would have to adjust to the backwards mechanic whenever they enter the loopy-loop portal. And also, I meant unique as in gameplay. Vehicles usually never move on the x-axis, so this would be a pretty cool and unique touch.
oh my god can you guys just shut up it doesn't MATTER if it's the best idea ever or the worst idea ever unless robtop sees it and actually thinks about whether or not he should implement it. until then just stop arguing. it's so annoying and absolutely spams the forum. if he comes here, you can ask him about it, and then whatever he says- well- that's it! that's all that matters! in the end, what anyone here thinks will make absolutely zero difference in whether or not it's added. he's the only developer, so only his opinion makes a difference. edit: btw noobriks, about the "he" thing, "he" is the universally accepted word for singular, non-gendered subjects. not "they" and not "she". it's not sexist, it's how the english language works and has worked for hundreds of years. "no one in their right mind" is incorrect because "their" refers to multiple subjects, but "no one" is singular. if you want to be gender-inclusive, you could say "no one in his or her right mind", but that's kinda long and unnecessarily wordy.

Satanic decided to stop though, Noobricks is still going on about it. I'm just tired of hearing about this loop vehicle. The idea sucks and I really don't want someone to waste one of the few questions Rob gives us about it.
Don't forget the speed of the loop. The vehicle would go at a speed so it can loop around an object without getting hit by it while it's at its backwards position. It'll go at a speed where when it's backwards, the object would be in the middle. Since it goes in a circle, it would make a curve under the block after it's at its backward position. Then the obstacle would go backwards. At this rate, the vehicle would be at its front position. The obstacle would be off-screen by the time it gets to its backward position again. So yes, it is possible for it to loop around an object. It's just like the wave. Even if it's a block or a slope, it will still crash (RobTop would probably add an invisible loopy-loop compatible line, just like he's doing with the wave in 2.1). I've been going through this flamewar for a while now. And look at me. I am still here, trying to get people to understand and be okay with the vehicle. I talked with someone about it ages ago, and after a tiny argument, they seemed to like it. So not everybody hates it. And don't tell me to stop trying. You are only telling me that I will not win like this. But never, NEVER underestimate ANYONE. Once everybody understands it completely, I will show RobTop this flamewar so he won't be going through issues while making it.

The speed of the loop doesn't change the fact that it will go back and hit things. It will require a very specific block pattern, which will eventually make all of the gameplay with it the same. It will probably be the worst gamemode added if it gets added. No matter how fast or how slow the loop is, it wouldn't be a circle, which would ruin many things that you can do with this. Just think about how the vehicle will work. The level won't stop for you to go around an object. It keeps going. Unless the objects were moving forward and the speed of them and the circle was fast, it wouldn't work. I keep on telling you that you're not thinking this through, and I keep on pointing out reasons that it won't work, except you try to tell me that it will. I've thought about it way more than you have if you don't realize what I'm telling you is true. The vehicle will require certain things, which will eventually become the same with every level, it doesn't follow normal gameplay patterns and it will hit things because it's going in a loop. Please read the whole thing and think it over before you reply.

Look, right before this I was arguing for a leave option for triggers, I wasn't going until everyone accepted it. I said why I wanted it, understood Kaptain's points and it was settled fine even if we don't totally agree. I understand why you want it, I'm fine with you wanting it, but completely arguing with everyone saying that they're wrong and it will work is not okay. Could you stop arguing? It's fine that nobody agrees with you. Let's change the topic - Any feedback on my new level? Did I do a good job with the Ultra Effects? Did I improve the effects of Ultra Paracosm?
I don't understand. Is the music starting a few seconds earlier than it should? I have that problem with start positions on PC but it starts 10-20 seconds earlier into the song than it should be. It's fine in the level though. I don't have it on mobile though and I have no idea how to fix my problem, in case if that's what's going on. If it's off by a small delay, or the music falls behind or goes ahead slowly, it might be a hidden speed portal or the music offset.
Yeah when using the start pos, the music starts later than it should. And mobile its fine. It's not a hidden speed portal because i started this today and theres only one speed portal. This also happens to all my levels
Something to add to the history textbooks.. I just finished exams. I think I got perfect on all but language, probably a 93 or 94. Not that great of a mark.. but at least I'm free now.
