I'm not sure what just happened, but I closed out the game(using the x button on the main screen), and it made the death noise before closing.

 

My game plays the death noise in all kinds of strange situations

 

Who else here think Surv is the best GD player right now? He has beaten 10 hardest demons in very low amounts legit...
