http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_VgWjbM19CY i have Just uploaded the new map: Rainbow Dust by FunnyGames and it look awesome (like all his other maps).
Yeah this used to be a place where people had legitimate questions or needed help. But now I feel this thread has become just like any of Darnoc, Viprin, Neptune, or etc.'s where more than 80% of the posts are requests to rate so and so's level. My policy (tell me if you guys agree with dis): You can show your level to us once. ONCE!!! (preferably with a recording of it) And if Robtop doesn't rate your level in a week, post again. If you have tried for over a month, just #dealwithit Awesome! Next time pls don't spam tho :/
Am I the only creator who thinks it's not a must that RobTop rates my levels? I'm just happy making my own levels but I don't need them to be featured or even a star value. I might be the only one, but I'm willing to bet I'm not
I don't care if my levs are "featured" or "starred", I just want people to find my level and, unfortunately, getting featured is the only way and I believe that is why most people want theirs featured/starred. Just to get themselves "known"
I might be wrong, but to my knowledge you can only give a star rating to levels that don't have a star rating yet. You can still rate their difficulty though
Yeah usually when i post my maps here, i would love to want some feedback so i can get better :/ but usually i get ingored. And i post here about bugs and ideas for updates alot.
And to everyone complaining about everyone advertising their levels: Instead of getting annoyed by those posts, you should try the level that is posted and give some feedback or a compliment. When I post a level I do not only want it to get rated, but I want everyone to try it and give feedback. Making a good level is not easy, and although I enjoy making levels, I enjoy it even more when people actually play them. Please don't complain about users posting their levels, the fact that this game has so many talented online level creators is one of the major reasons it's so big and has an upcoming steam release. At least we're talking about the game and not about the Illuminati...
oh yeh.... About that.... *inserts Illuminati picture* Don't worry I'm way over that *inserts another Illuminati picture* I was mostly talking to the people here who have been doing nothing but asking Robtop to rate, they don't even ask for people to play it. They're just like "Robtop could you please rate my levels, here's a list of them: -Chaoz Illuminati ID:13371337 7 stars -Illuminati Heaven ID:21212121 8 or 9 stars -Theory of Illluminati ID: Illuminati" infinite stars This is not directed to anyone in particular.
That my goal i give me after my last level wasn't rated. Only create for fun and if it's not rated i create it for fun so i was ok whit that
Illuminati Processing by Chuck Norris I recommend 3 stars nah but I agree with you about everyone who post their level 10 times a day and don't post anything else, and about your policy, if you can make weekly into daily or once every 2 or 3 days, we have a deal
Yes! Finally someone who thinks the same! My n.1 goal in gd is to make levels that people will enjoy and i get a good feeling when my levels get featured cause then people will play it and give feedback
Yes every time I see a comment on my level saying something like "this is awesome" my happiness becomes infinite star ratings and features are just a means to an end.
