Servers aren't working for me either. I tried saving my stuff, but it didn't work. 2.1 confirmed! EDIT: Oh there back?! Oh well, it was on my school phone, and I'm too lazy to go wash my hands (because people are germy at school and my house is clean). Oh well, I didn't do much anyway.

I think you can release apps whenever you want to, but updates come when Apple is done. They probably review an app then he is able to release it when he wants.
