I'm sure that if you 100k subs and got revenue from your videos, you would also be very frustrated if song that are supposed to be copyright-free are getting claimed by YouTube's auto detect service. I don't see how that make him a "baby".

No, he was complaining that some songs from newgrounds creators are being claimed by a third party, even though they are listed as free to use. This means that any money that the claimed video would make now goes to the claimant, and with 100k subs, that can be a fair amount.
When adding or editing a post you press the icon next to the broken chain right above the text box. Then you put the url of the image. Or you could use the attachments to put a picture and that is the paperclip.

i personally don't really want art to be added.. it'd kinda make my whole style obsolete.. like, there's no "wow" factor of making a colorful night sky if you can just import a picture of it :/
Yeah. Plus, if you're a good artist, you can get features much more easily compared to someone who isn't.
