I'm literally thinking of the same thing! That could be a possibility. Maybe... 1.0-1.9: Vehicles with basic concepts 2.0-2.9: 1.0 vehicles combine with the cube (except for the cube (obviously)) 3.0-3.9: Vehicles with backwards mechanics (editor will auto-change the position of the guidelines, just like speed portals)?!

Ok so on steam I exited gd but it still says that it's running but when I click play it says it's already running but when I try to log out of steam it says close before loging out and I can't exit it tho

RubRub will not disappoint us with the level, the only thing that makes me kinda sad is that he said that the 4x speed boost will be added in 2.1 but he'll not use it in the new level, but it's okay.
Use task manager to force quit it. Or if you are on mac, press command+alt+escape and close it from there
