I don't know man, Meltdown was the first time that he've done something like that, also Meltdown was an application not an update. so idk.
You may be right that he hasn't submitted it (waiting for reply) but Apple can definitely tell us. I sent an email last August to find out about this stuff, and I got a straight answer.

Theory I have got a theory regarding 2.1's release. Over the last few days, RobTop has been rating a lot more levels than he usually does. Maybe this is because he is winding down work on the update/has submitted the update to Apple, and has more time to rate levels. Just a theory though.
Me and another person here agrees with you, we already had a similar theory. Look at my first post on the page before (i will find out whether or not it has been submitted within a day).
(facepalm) Was the answer that they were working as fast as they could? I'll have you know that the emails you get are all automated. It checks for keywords and then sends an email pertaining to the keywords. Also, Rob would have told us, so there's no need to ask Apple about it. You're not gonna get a real email from Apple. Trust me.

well robtop did say 2.1 would take 1-2 months, and that was 7 months ago also i just realized robtop hasnt been online in 1 1/2 months and his last post was over 200 pages ago
Idea RobTop should at least give us some of the features, and then in 2.01, he can add more, and then so on.
Yeah, and? It's only actually been 3 months, as meltdown took up most of that time. Also, he hasn't been on because he's been working so hard on it.
