Since you want opinions so badly, I'll give you my opinion: I think a player can just constantly shoot obstacles out of his/her way, making it pointless. Sorry, but someone has to admit the truth. You will also be able to do that with a collision trigger or whatever it's called in update 2.2. That trigger allows the player to shoot stuff. RubToop said it was a gameplay item, so either it will be like orbs and jump pads (although it looks nothing like either of the two), or it will be something totally different.
Still no sneak peek?! RobTop definitely added too much to 2.1 if he's still programming, drawing, and making level 21 at this point... I mean seriously, why can't he just move some things to 2.2?! Yeah, really.

GD 2.1 Wikia : During gmd_snoopy27's Instagram page, RobTop says that 2.1 should be released in March to May of 2016. If 2.1 will be released that late, 2.1 will take as long as 2.0 did. now tell me why i shouldn't be mad at RobTop, seriously. at the begin he said that 2.1 would've been smaller, and would've take 1-2 months. (come at me, robtop fanboys )
check gmd_snoopy27 instagram, and look at the pictures, there's one where he talks to rob, he sends him a picture that shows his online levels, and there's the only one by Rob that is "Spike Spike"
am i the only one that doesn't like the idea of collision triggers? i mean, that wouldn't really fit gd. shooting things is not really gd, but we'll see when 2.2 starts to be teased, let's wait for 2.1 now lol.
