I figured it out. Robtop wil upload the sneak peak when he hits one millions subscribers on YouTube (he has 997,xxx and he gained 10,000 in the last week), and he will be done with 2.1 when the forum is OVER 9000

Nice theory, could be that, because he released the 2nd Sneak peek on 1.000.000 likes on facebook, and if you see almost all of his old posts on fb has a certain amount of likes to be released.
