There is going to be a 4th speed, but speed x4 would be WAY to fast...

 

The speed portals are not 0.5x, 1x, 2x, and 3x, they are actually...

0.7x, 0.9x, 1.1x, 1.3x, and then RobTop is adding a 1.6x.

Actually, i think if he would add a new speed, rubrub could add a 0.5x speed.

Absolutely agree with you! I always wanted a 0.5x speed portal.

 

That would be too slow. Plus we don't really need speed portals now that there be moving blocks

 

No, because that would mean we would have even more levels that are super slow, and are considered full levels with minimal decoration.

We still need speed portals for different things other than just making the blocks faster. If the blocks are moving fast but the background isn't moving as fast as it should be, it looks weird.

 

I feel like we still need the 0.5x speed portal anyway. For example, look at level "Echolocation" by TriAxis, and look at the wave part. The objects move slower than the player (as seen on the wave's trail). That's kinda bothers me actually. :/

And beside, if we use that portal wisely, it will makes some level better.

 

I have a theory that the -2x Speed portal will be purple and with give you 0.4 speed.

 

I feel like 0.4x speed is way too slow. It should be 0.5x speed instead.

 

Alright I know RobTop is working hard, and there's one of him but he said early February.

 

Well he originally said 1-2 months.

 

I think the reason RobTop didn't release the sneak peek is because he's having trouble with the song and the song name.
