Well your probably better off than me right now. I used to live in a place where it only got to 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the past few years in the summer. Now i live in a desert where it doesn't even get below 80 degrees during the winter :/

To be honest i dont think its true because Rubrub always states proffesional words with his update and stuff but we never saw him say xD also one time he posted that it would to complicated for the player to adapt to these speeds and he said its better to leave the maximum one to the triple speed portal so there isnt any confusion on any levels. Hope that answers your question Also where i live its damn hot temperature is rising we arent even at summer tho! :O
