Newgrounds is a buggy mess? Guys, has it ever happened to someone to try to download a song from a scouted artist but the game says that it's not allowed for use?

Which one of those have licensing terms that won't let you download it? Also, how should they be in order to be downloadable?
the first one has too many terms it just has to say it can be used for a web based application. nothing else the second one says : "You may not use this work without making specific arrangements with the artist."

Lucky you, I dont have death moon song. Because the song had already got deleted before I got attention to the lvl. But if I would have the song I would still have it cuz I got no song limit on, cuz I still got Skrillex GD remix2 song which had been copyrighted since march/april.
Because some person with a short attention span posted there, asking for advice on how to become a better creator in a two year old thread about a sale. Come on now, would I really do something like that?
