While Echoseven is the only mod who periodically checks in on you guys (well, after psj's departure), there's actually more than a handful of us who watch over the entire forum. In your case, someone from your GD thread peers reported your post, hence alerting all of us. I think you should be more concerned about who the snitch is, rather than who put you in time-out.
I remember back in theese days when Darnoc, Neptune, Alexpain and Cody used to rule GD back in 1.6 and 1.7
