How has this happened? I tried to move a wave portal down 7 blocks, and get this. (the green trail following the player when playtesting is what i mean by "this".) It had moved all the 7 blocks before the player (me) touched it. Please someone explain why this happened. (If you know why)

You need to have the portal not move.
When you place the portal, the boundaries are set in stone.
When you move it, it keeps the same boundaries.

The Living Room is big, we have a modern kitches. the Upper Story has a little corridor. At the end of it, there is the Sleeping Room of my mother, Left of it, at the end of the Corridor, there is my Room where my PC is, Next to it is our bathroom, on the opposite side, there is another room i dunno the use for, then there is at the beginning of the Corridor my room i sleep and make my schoolwork every day and the opposite is for guests.
