Is there a tool for lowering pitch?

 

There's a pretty good program called Audacity for editing sounds, including changing the pitch. It's completely free aswell.

 

The same thing used to happen to me, but I tried it a couple times by uninstalling and reinstalling Bluestacks, and it works! (barely).

What does it mean by a review?

 

If you mean apple reviewing the new update it means thy are checking for major bugs, viruses, and etc. It is necessary for all apps/updates before they are released onto the App Store.
