I installed Android 5.0, and Geometry Dash stopped working at this version... I think this is because of ART... Pls, can you check it?

 

Yeah geometry dash took a lot if ideas from other games, but does it better than the original game. You're better off playing flappy bird levels on geometry dash than playing flappy bird itself

there is a bug in the editor which causes objects which are placed behind others appear in front of them. if you then enter editor again,
they are placed in front. it happens with spikes and blocks but not always, but if it happens, it cannot be fixed, no matter what you do. an option to make objects always be behind others could fix this for example.

 

I have also thought about that option, but it is not good, because it can be abused. If you put tons of deco on the entire screen, then you would not be able to see where you are going as you can't see the spike behind it.

 

That is actually how it is designed. Some objects have a predetermined order value. I might look at adding more options in a future update, but it will not be in 1.9 :/

 

Hi roptop, why you dont add everyplay now for Android cause i took a long time to have it on the game and if you dont realese it until the update we (Android users) will wait more and more (i can't wait )

no i mean with the same object it works most of the time and sometimes not. i will try to do a screenshot.

ok i found out it only happens if the spikes are turned to the right. its not possible to put a block over the bottom line of the spike in this case. its not a big thing but i have a certain design in mind where id need this.
