No one knows. It could be Apple testing it out which means the update is really really close to be released. Also, it could be RobTop himself because he wanted to make sure for the last time that there's no fatal bugs.
wait so there's a level that has the title of:Cointest123 and us 1.9.3 users can't download it so why did robtop put the level online for everyone to see when he could've just sent the level instead?
I doubt coins would cause any large errors, and he already submitted the update, so wouldn't he have done that before submitting the update?
In case you missed what I said: A person I asked told me they think reason why CoinTest123 has more downloads is because of RobTop testing blue coins on other devices such as Android and PC. I think this may be the case, as RobTop could've just not signed in on his other devices to download the level again.
As the name suggests, he was just testing to see if blue coins work properly, meaning he may have had to upload the level to test this.
Yes it's true, in previous pages (don't know what page it is in...) we got an info that RobTop is cooperating with WaterFlame to get music, so RobTop pays WaterFlame for the music he made, but RobTop can't acquired the music fully because of the licensing
