I once got a starred level, it was a v2 of Electroman adventures using the song by the same name. I'm sure you guys don't remember it, it was only trending for about 2 days and it didn't get featured... I guess every dog has his day.
It's only so a rule doesn't have to be specified in the title, there isn't a game called Mario bros. 2 don't get hit by the spikes or enemies. Rules don't belong in titles and anti level spamming is an unwritten rule we all must follow.
The removal of the "No level requests" sign has happened back in June once, it turns out that somebody removed it from the title by mistake. I don't have Skype ( not planning on getting it any time soon either), which is the problem... Private messaging could be a solution. Anyhow, the 100 likes icon is way too hard for me to get... Hopefully RobTop nerfs the requirement for it.
It's not really hard to do designs either, I'm sure you can learn it Just think of a theme in your head and try to replicate it in the level if you know what I mean..

as someone already said there were tons of plain stupid flappy bird copies and many others play store dosnt have these "strict" guidelines and there store is as good p.s i am not being impatient just saying my opinion,plz no hate ,-.-,
