People complaining about 2.0 not being out, just calm down
Apple takes awhile to review it because they have strict guidelines. When was the last time you have seen a copy of a game or just something plain stupid on the App Store? The reason they have these guidelines is because they want good games on the app store. They want to make sure that people can find what they are looking for without looking through a crap ton of stupid things. They want a clean app store, not a cluttered one. This is why it takes so long. And, truly, I don't think we hit the average review time yet (I think it only has been 3 days). It will take about 4 - 7 days to review. Do you want to end up like the facebookians and just complain every single second?

 

Go onto Geometry Dash and just click the little YouTube icon on the menu screen. It is that button that gives you the icon, you don't have to subscribe. It works for the Twitter one and the Facebook one too.

Also, today's my birthday. It would be amazing if 2.0 came out today.

 

I agree 100%, Apple has a lot of priorities to cover besides reviewing games ( such as updating their software, making new hardware,etc.). I know it's hard to wait, but the only thing we can do at this point is be patient- Moaning about how long the review process is taking will not do us any good.

Anyhow, I did some research the other day and I found out that most apps actually spend more time "waiting for review" than "in review". That means that the actual review process takes perhaps 3-4 days, and the rest is just waiting for the application in question to be seen by Apple. You can also look at your app and find out whether or not it is waiting for review or in review, so I'm going to ask RobTop what stage the review process is in whenever he is online.

I also want the 100 likes icon, but it's way too hard for me to achieve ... I'm bad at making levels, so the most I can do is make a map with a popular name/song and hope it gets noticed...

I somehow managed to get 35000 plays and 5000 likes on one of my rushed levels and 400 plays on my best level

If most of the review time is waiting for the app to be reviewed, than I think that it will be finished with review by Saturday because Geometry dash is like #8 in the top paid games in the App Store and will most likely be seen and start being reviewed soon after it was submitted. So my guess Is by Saturday
