Good point. If Deadlocked requires blue coins to unlock it, then it will probably be approximately 20, for that is the amount of ordinary coins Clubstep requires to unlock.

I can rule that its not a possibility since it will be impossible to get blue coins without people creating new levels with them and getting starred. And its not fun to not be able to play deadlocked right away
