There are many witnesses from the stream broadcast ( 1,000, to be exact), not just GuitarHeroStyles. RobTop probably isn't posting anything on the Facebook page because he is assuming that everyone already knows about the submission of the update. And he is definitely real, he banned a hacker for Riot and I checked his profile- It was the same one that was on Etzer's stream, and he confirmed that one to be really him.

This is why you never make any important announcement in a Twitch chat- It's hard to prove the validity of the information unless you were actually there.

 

Yeah, he said that, but he never actually helped me out. My statistics are much, much better than when I lost my data, though, so I'm actually hoping he doesn't restore it or else I will lose 20 coins and 200 stars.
