I'm 10000000000% positive about this, no doubt whatsoever. It's already submitted.
But I'm also wondering why he didn't post about it on FB or Twit.

I think I know why RobTop didn't post it on FB or Twitter!
He wants it to be a big surprise for those who weren't on the stream and didn't notice the community exploding because of the news!

 

It was. on RioT's stream, RobTop officially said "Now we wait for Apple". And it is real RobTop because RioT requested a hacker to be banned and RobTop did it, and people know that because the guy disappeared from the leaderboard!

So, 2.0 has been officially submitted to Apple!

Probably not, I think one of 2 reasons:
1.He's waiting for Waterflame to upload the song and then posting it, this is highly unlikely though.
2.He just didn't do it yet.
