Everyone on Riot's twitch chat had lowercase letters, look at the screenshot more carefully. Riot usually has a capital "T" in RioT, but in the second screenshot, he doesn't... It's obviously the real RobTop.
His outside name is 'RobTopGames' but his chat name is 'Robtopgames' because in the Twitch chat everyone has first letter caps and the rest lowercase. And capitalization doesn't even matter, no one can create an account called 'robtopgameS' etc.
I've been watching this forum for a while for all my updates on GD. However, this situation of people thinking it was a "fake" RobTop had me make this account. So far, from what I've seen, there have been some images that contain the username "Robtopgames" and some other images containing "RobTopGames". So, either people are correcting "Robtopgames" to "RobTopGames", or Twitch has a very weird system of capitalization for different devices. I think the latter would be the most logical. This is just my Theory.. ..of Everything. (I'm so sorry for the pun )
Neither do I... He said he had to go perform some server maintenance, so he probably left to work on that and forgot to post the update's submission via FaceBook or Twitter. I'm starting to think it might have even been submitted yesterday, because if Riot wasn't streaming, he wouldn't have even told us that it was submitted. :/
My guess is that those watching from a computer saw RobTopGames while those on mobile etc. saw Robtopgames.. And welcome
When RobTop made that announcement that the update has been submitted to Apple, it was around 5:00 P.M for me ( Eastern Time), so that means it was approximately 11:00 P.M in Sweden. I can only infer that if he would have posted the news regarding the submission of update 2.0, he would have done so earlier.
Well this is why RobTop should say something om Facebook, or Touch Arcade. All the confusion. Well I'm going.
