It is 100% true ( I was there), it was posted by his twitch account on Riot's stream. He banned some hackers from the leaderboards for Riot and rated some levels. He also confirmed he had a twitch account on this thread back when he was on Etzer's stream.

Maybe RobTop should do a Livestream of him playing 2.0 GD so we can see how some of the new editor tools/features in action or how to use them? He said he might do a tutorial or something, and a Livestream could be a good idea!
