Hmm... I think you should make maybe a guide to help those that are new to the game and make a brief video along with the guide discussing the new features ( just talking about them briefly).

Well, that really depends on both luck and how well the game is doing at the time ( Apple usually reviews popular applications faster). Update 1.8 took a fortnight ( two weeks) to get reviewed and published thereafter, while update 1.9 only took four days. The current average review time for applications is roughly 5-10 days, so we can expect the update around the middle of August ( assuming we're lucky).
