I find it strange that all that this community does is complain that the update isn't out and the Terraria community waited 2 YEARS for the 1.3 update and almost none of them complained EVER. This community is really bad at being patient. I'm not talking to everyone, but I'm talking to most people.
Pretty sure that's because this community is mostly made up of younger kids/early teens, who have yet to really mature and learn patience for things like this. People act like this game is their life, and for some reason feel the need to verbalize their complaints instead of just not posting at all. Not saying that I'm perfect (at 17 yrs old), but that could be a big factor in why this community is labeled as impatient
Terraria's community is different. This community requires inspiration to thrive and as we've had version 1.9 for such a long time, we're lacking inspiration. It's like taking away basic necessities, you're not gonna last very long, the same with Geometry Dash.
Terrorists didn't say it's very very close to being finished two months ago and continue to state things like that.
For some reason I have a foreshadowing that the community will go AWOL again, considering the recent activity.
Well you gotta take into account that Terraria is a much bigger game, AND this community is used to updates coming out in about 3 months.
We were never given a release date, for some reason everyone believes that when Rob says "I'm hoping to finish by ______", that's when the update will be released. Rob has explicitly mentioned that he will never give a release date, to prevent people from getting impatient and mad when something comes up and the date isn't met. Yet, it happens anyway for some reason.
Omg people why are you all losing hope on this update? RobTop said he's AIMING for the end of the month, meaning that he WANTED to finish by then. Have faith in Lord RubRub, he'll finish the update and it'll come out and you'll be glad to have waited so long for such an amazing update
