What about letting the user pick ONE level they would like to advertise/feature and linking it to a button beside the comments (say a checkbox if they want to feature their level when adding a comment. And a setting that says if one wants to view these types of comments or not, if not, those comments won't show up at all) This could encourage "tap this button" or whatever, though, but would be minimized with the setting. Just a thought.
