http://www.boomlings.com/images/buttoncount.png If you can see this picture, there are 36 blocks in each page. There are 10 pages (almost 360 types of blocks). Now there are 12 blocks in each page excepting the last one, so there are 102 blocks. Is it possible?
Also notice how you can place blocks at the very start of the level in the picture, RobTop posted about this a while ago. If you look you can see it. Before, you could place blocks starting at X;3 I think.
When he was talking about the trigger objects and people using them for evil purposes, he briefly mentioned removing the limit where you couldn't place blocks before a certain point. I'm pretty sure he meant for everyone.
