You're right, it's probably the most logical explanation. However, update 1.9 only took 4 days to review and it was much bigger than update 1.8, which took a fortnight to be reviewed... If we're lucky, the update may only take a week or so to be reviewed, and if we're not, then a month and a half seems just about right. I'm assuming that it will take the same amount of time as update 1.8, though, meaning that we can expect the update in early August or late July...
