Hey Rob ... You will not give information about the 2.0 by the 4th of July? Or the list of official changes , or a spoiler ...
( Just going temporarily off topic just to answer a question) Well, if I were to take a guess, I'm guessing it's either because someone made a simple mistake and changed the format by accident, or they didn't have enough financial resources to keep it the way it was ( this guess comes from the banner above the website that sais, " TouchArcade needs your help. Click here to support us on Patreon). :/ Anyway, never go completely off topic or else you will get banned. Anyway, question time: What will your reaction be when RobTop submits the update/posts the change log?
u just made me hyped,so if you are wrong....i am gonna find you lol just kidding but i hope your right
Even though this comment was posted all the way in April, I'm still going to respond. I asked RobTop about a feature that let's your account progress save automatically, and he said it will cause too much strain on the servers at the moment. :/ That's too bad, there are probably countless players out there losing their progress because they forget to save.
Rob, I emailed support and didn't reply about the iOS data not saving unless a level is beaten. Maybe fix in 2.0? Please?
So do I, everybody has been waiting for this update for such a long time and it will be awesome to actually be able to play it. I can already imagine myself spending approximately 500 attempts trying to make it to 30% in Deadlocked. On a side note, where did everybody go? This thread isn't as active as it used to be...
So for example when a player grabs a coin or goes through a portal, it plays the retarted chicken-horse music?
I'd say it's less than two weeks from now, Rob can submit the update any second and apple review will take about a week.
Week? Seriously? Those douches will take at least 2 weeks for such a huge update .-. Keep in mind, Google takes some hours to review and update, and Steam takes literally NOTHING.
We may get lucky enough such that Apple will only review the update for a week, you never know. And I'm actually serious in this statement. Update 1.8 took at least 2 weeks to get reviewed while Update 1.9 only took four days. Based off of this logic, assuming RobTop releases it today, the update could come out by the end of next week ( if it only takes a week to get reviewed) or a month ( assuming Apple reviews it like they did with 1.8).
That's not bad at all, in fact, it's pretty good . I'm sorry you got you lost your data . but at least your getting Back on Track (Pun intended)
