That's a tough call, there were so many good levels! I have to go with Sky Fortress by Sumsar, the level is awesome and fits very well with the music (which is one of my favorite Waterflame songs!)
Make it Drop by Picha. The sync is soo good! The design is simplistic, but there's a really hard work put into the color changes IMO
UGHHH, Why u make hardest question ever? I will say Fez by Serponge, because it is so well made, very pretty, and has a beautiful song to go with it. Also I've played Fez itself, I loved it!

We won't Apple review takes 4-12 days and he hasn't submitted yet so there is a chance but don't get ur hopes up 1.8 - 14 days 1.9 - 4 Days
I'm not as optimistic as you. The update isn't finished. It will take 1-2 weeks to fix bugs. After it the Apple should review the update (10 more days). So the last week of July is the week of release!
