Hey RobTop! Just a quick question about blue coins. How will we be able to tell apart levels that have them and levels that don't? I think it's a good idea for levels with a certain amount of blue coins to have a "blue coin" symbol on them. It will make it easier for players to grind up user coins, in my opinion.
His birthday is on February 23. It said so on his profile on the other forum, but sneaky RobTop removed it.
Also, RobTop, will users be forced to put in 3 coins, or can they put in any amount they want as long as it is within the three coin limit? I'm just curious. Also, how long does it take you to make a sneak peek video?
I'm positive, I remember seeing it on his profile when I was checking out his posts. Also, he didn't remove it, you just have to log in to see it. http://gdforum.freeforums.net/user/400 Edit: I'm surprised at the lack of questions being asked. I'm impressed. Still, though, he'll leave without any decent questions, so try to come up with at least one.
Hey Rob, I have a question I would like to answer me The system block movement work for all models or only some models have that function?
That sounds great!! specially for smartphones users!! Also, i want to ask you something. The Steam version needs a review process like the IOS version?? Which version will you release first?? and why? Just curious...
He'll probably release the Steam version when the IOS version does, because there would problems with people playing 2.0 levels and having 2.0 icons on the leaderboards when some people only have the 1.9 version. Speaking of which, RobTop, what do you suppose would happen if someone didn't update to 2.0 and played a 2.0 level?
They wouldn't be able to play it. I don't know how long you've been playing Geometry Dash, but back in 1.8, there was a level called "Unnamed 0" (Very original today... ) by Zhen (RobTop? Secrets, secrets... ). Instead of a "Get It" button or a "View" button, there was an "NA" button, which was grayed out. When you tried to download it, it said something along the lines of "You don't have the correct version to play this level." Basically, nothing game-breaking would happen.
That's true. And that's the reason why i asked to RobTop which version will release first, because doesnt matter if someone has the 1.93 version, this grey "NA" button will appears if they try to download a 2.0 map. Anyway, he is offline right now, so i go to sleep (12:40 AM in my country)
I've gotta say, geometry dash on steam is amazing! It's much much easier and the graphics are so much better! Screw the iPhone!
