I actually would like X-axis teletransportation if it is you can ONLY teleport forwards. Since... I have been playing GD since 1.2, and the game has always been "going forward", so I wouldn't like if you could teleport backwards.
noone is saying it would be good backward teleport!!! x-axis teleport is more useful than the y-axis teleport, the y axis teleport only drives you up and down, to do that you can simply use an orb or a jump pad, with the x-axis teleport implemented in the game you can teleport in diagonals, which is even better, x-axis can drive you to the next portal in the instant, and there are the same probbabilities of having bugs and i repeat: NOONE IS SAYING THAT X-AXIS TELEPORT IS FOR GOING BACKWARD!!!!
hmm posibility of bugs is the same?? you obviously have no idea what coding is or how it works. please before you say something make sure it is correct. moving a character up and down on the same vertical plane (ESPECIALLY in a game like geometry dash with a constant movement) Is 10x easier to code and is less likely to bug.
umm no, the y and x planes are different, and the portals have mechanics that arent as much "teleporting" as instantly moving up or down, you are supposed to easily see where you are going to end up and how to react, 5 or 6 blocks ahead is gonna be not enough sight to survive
Online Editor So I've just been banned by my parents for two more weeks for stupid reasons, and really am starting to wish that I could still play GD - mainly create levels, as some contests are ending before I will have a chance to play again. My idea is that the level editor could be accessed in your web browser, but it would require login with your Geometry Dash account, so only people with the game could use it. Thoughts?
but it is still the same portals, the difference is where it drives you, and if you also put the other portal 5 or 6 blocks up/down you wouldnt have enough sight

RobTop, just curious, do you think Silent Clubstep is possible? I found out today that the flying section is possible if you work at it enough, so I think we will eventually see a full 100%. Also, RobTop, have you started working on 2.1? I'm excited for that because you said you'll try out the big portal ager 2.0, so if you started working on 2.1... Big Clutterfunk could soon become a reality!
