iPad geoDefense (by Critical Thought Games LLC)

I spread it out. The missiles were all maxed out, the lasers were all close, but not all the way there.

The big difference maker was waiting to upgrade until everything was set up. By that time the money just comes flying in and you don't have to waste time trying to place towers.

 

Cool. Once work is done, I'll definitely give it a go....again....

 

I am either too dumb or have too much pride: I tried not to look at all the hints, trying to figure it out on my own. Will give this a go however... thanks!

 

woo beat last level on hard! with one life left. That was very insane.

 

now go buy Sentinel and review that

Congratulations! That's an accomplishment considering how hard geoDefenses is.

 

i found the last level on hard pretty disappointing, i was expecting a lot bigger challenge

but hey hard2 gives me all the challenge i need, i managed to get to the last wave by not upgrading my lasers to lv7, still can't beat it though

 

Can't beat hard2.
But I went back to finish all easy without losing life.
Add perfect achievement next update?

 

to dev: another thing you could think of adding is small wire-frame icons of each map in the menu so they're easy to pick...

 

Number ten is the only level on hard that I accomplished... And the game starts to jerk a bit when there is full action.

Guys is this really the best TD game out there?
Can you guys give some quick pros/cons to the game, I was wondering if the game is for me

For the reference, I like different TD games, my favorite are Zombie Attack and the Creeps. Fieldrunners was some overrated game imo and I didn't like Tower Defense.

 

it's just one dollar. go and get it. a pro/con discussion will cost more money than this buck.

This game is worth more than a buck. It's the only td game that keeps me entertained after hours of playing.

 

Exactly, so go get it and stop wondering. It will provide hours and hours of play. How much of your time will 1 dollar buy? For me it is just a few minutes. Not worth the discussion.

 

read the rest of the forum...there are plenty of reasons to buy this in here..
it has the best strategy of any tower game...the graphics are lo-fi, but really great!

 

Still in review plus Free version

The 1.1 Update is still in Apple's review queue (which is unpredictable).

I've also created a free version with a few levels of play for those who don't want to part with 99 cents before finding out... I submitted that to the App store last night. Probably take a week.

Thanks for the update. geoDefense is a great TD game, and I hope the update doesn't significantly alter the challenge even on the easy levels. Hopefully the lite version will get those on the fence to finally jump in the water.

 

SO what does the update do again?
