    Hey guys/gals,

I'm an independent developer who's current focus is in generative art. I wanted to share an app I've been working on for the last couple months, Deco Sketch. It's a generative drawing app built for tablets. Right not there's both iOS and Android versions available. You can check it out here: http://decosketch.com

It is only $0.99 right now through the end of January. Working on an iPhone version as well which should be ready in a couple weeks.

    Some screens:

Would love some feedback if you end up checking it out.

    Thanks for looking :)

It certainly looks interesting and I will be bringing it to the attention of some of my more...creative friends. lol

How are the import and export functions like? The palette seems a little..limited?My interest has been piqued but without a lite version and only $5.01 left in my iTunes account , I will probably hold back on getting this for a while.

You can save the images to your camera roll. There isn't an import image function 'yet'. I haven't ruled it out and would definitely add it in a future update if it's a feature users find important.

There's currently 12 color palettes to choose from and I will be adding more. I opted for set palettes rather than a color picker. This way the user has a collection of complimentary colors to work with rather than being overwhelmed by color choices. More for the non-artist I suppose though I see power-users wanting more capability.

It was a tough choice between building for the tweaker who wants endless options or the lowest common denominator who doesn't want to be overwhelmed with features. I opted for the latter though perhaps a "kitchen sink" option would be nice to have. Either way, I want to keep it simple and easy to use.

A lite version is definitely on my to-do list. Considering I'm new to the boards, and the mobile developer community in general, I'd be happy to give out some promo codes to get some feedback.

Definitely interested in trying this, so feel free to PM me a code if any remain. I'm into generative music and this looks like a potential compliment to that. Looks gorgeous.
