Hi everyone! You may have seen this game as "Battlefield" on an upcoming games thread, but it's been released now and it's name is Garrison.

Garrison is an arcade-style war game in which you lay mines, shoot your turret, and call in airstrikes to defeat waves of enemies. It's our company's first game, so check it out! Any input you have would be great.

I'll give it a shot but just gotta chuckle at the 5 star review posted -- obviously from a dev or a friend of the family :)

lol yes... I told them not to put reviews... it's always so obvious when it's manufactured!

The game is now $0.99 so I'll TOFTT.
    Impressions soon.

Also it wasn't mentioned but there is a lite version available.

It's been okay so far. It may just be me since I'm certainly not new to the genre, but the game gets a little boring. I've only played to round 12, but so far you place mines which take 2 seconds to arm, and when destroyed you receive a new mine to place. Air strikes are a bit slow, and basically can destroy any unit with one strike. Then all that's left is your turret which has an added twist, it can overheat. As I said it's been okay, not very fun nor very boring. I'm sure night mode will be at least a little more interesting though.
