Is it on total money accumulated (money you spend being counted) or do you have to actually get 1 million dollars.
I've had this game for 5 days now and I've completed 40%. Haven't really found interest in the story but instead, I enjoy free-roaming and mowing down pedestrians.
It is based on all money you gain while playing. Spending has no effect on the total. And here's something many people probably don't know, starting a new game does not erase your achievements or stats. In fact, that million dollar achievement requires you to play the game all the way through many times. You make about $130,000 each time you play the complete game so the million dollar achievement means playing the entire game 7 or 8 times. Ahhhh! I'm working on it though. I'm determined to achieve 100% completion.
Thanks, I might play the game through again, this time working for the Japanese. I wish you could have a house in this game where you could store cars and weapons and hide out, that would be awesome. I'd pick my house to be next to the beach, cause that's where I spend all my time running over pedestrians.
Starting a new game will reset your current dollar amount to $0. It will also erase your chapter 1-6 achievements. However, the stats will all remain as well as your Discovery and Performance achievements. The total money earned will not be erased even though you'll start a new game with nothing.
Need Help: for the story latest Chapter 6 - session Revenge I tried over 40~50 times to follow the boss car without success, any tips and advice? always fall behind and fail the quest...
I've been waiting for a game like this since the very beginning of the App Store. This is now officially my favourite game to date, knocking off Real Racing.
Well, I can say is to try to stick with him. He will eventually stop. You can usually target and blow up the car chasing you or just eventually lose him. I'm attaching a map of his entire route. I hope it helps.
Useless observation #3: If you walk up to the burned-out shell of a car you just blew up it will knock you onto the ground as though it was still driving.
Ok, I'm a little frustrated. I played the entire game 8 times in order to meet that damn Million Dollar Achievement. I kinda figured there would be some sort of reward for completing all achievements. Alas, there is nothing. Whats worse is that after playing all the way through and finishing every race and achievement, the stats still show only 92% complete!!!!! I would be happy if after completing everything the stats would reflect as much. Maybe I'm missing something but I think this is a programming oversight. Unless there is a way to do all of the Italian and all of the Japanese missions in the same game?? Game is still awesome though.
