How big is this after install? I beat it a while back and backed it up and removed it but this update has me wanting to put it back on my iPad!

 

Same here I beat it a while back to and was thinking of reinstall.

 

So the lead developer let me know that the game requires 4 gigs to unpack then overwrites that to finish the install at 2.6 gigs. Just wanted to clarify so everyone knows how much space they will need to successfully install GSV if they had removed it prior to the update.

 

Are there new story missions with the update?

 

No, just side missions.

 

We added 11 side missions.

 

Everything that the haters moaned about when discussing Gameloft they seem to have listened and tried to improve. This is a great game with lots of content already. We could not have dreamed of GL content updates a couple of years ago.

Sorry for off topic but by far their greatest game is Order & Chaos Online. It is so well done for a mobile WOW clone. I played for two years until I had to give up due to time constraints. The game has incredible depth for a mobile game and the writing ie quests & npc dialogue is well written, in fact so well written that I read it all several times as I levelled every character class.

Anyway this is a great game too so thanks for the update.

 

Will there be another update similar to this in a few months? (With new vehicles, weapons and side missions)

 

I have to be honest, I expected zombies or a new storyline with the title "Mojave Apocalypse". Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for the new vehicles and stuff but ganeloft made it sound like this would be some Lost and Damned/Ballad of Gay Tony type update
