I finally got to the mission where you have to break into the army base. Like the other chap mentioned I couldnt pass it. I tried using call for help using E-man costing 100k - and it completed the mission for me. Not sure if that was the expected results... Since that no other mission have given me a hard time... Also I'm not sure how the gamecenter bug works. Is it something we are supposed to avoid. I'm also using iphone 5 so keen on avoiding. What does it do actually? I've noticed a bug for cloud save... Keeps confusing saves so I've only been able to play on iphone5. It somehow has another save on my ipad. Dont know why, both are logged in with same icloud account.
The "motion" option is off by default and it is just for gyroscopic motion control options for the driving portions which it blocks out by default unless you turn the option on. As for adjusting the sensitivity, yep, that was the first thing I do or rather that I always do with games because they are normally too low to my needs by default. Even at the highest setting the panning is too slow for me, and turning up the sensitivity has no bearing on the look spring of the camera. I still love the game, but it is not without its fair share of niggling problems, balance issues, obvious lack of QA and flawed game design choices.
Ahh thanks for the info, motion control option- no thanks on the motion control And I have noticed the s l o w spring back for the camera. Lots of little niggles that should have been addressed. But still hella fun
Did anyone just have a save data restore pop up on there game? Said someone was on a mobile device and ive been only using my iPad. Must of got hacked in some way?
I had the same issue and I don't use cloud. I think it has something to do with perhaps a corrupt save when the app is closed out maybe?
Well I always close my app. I don't use iCloud either. I restored from there though because it wouldn't let me play if I didn't choose. I don't know, I'm finding lots of strange things happen on the game. Lag, and other stuff. On an iPad 4.
Camera and controls are really stuffed. Tried to adjust them but they need fixing. I can't enjoy or play this while controls and camera are so bad. Havok engine great. Graphics and story great and I like the game better than Rio but I'm having trouble with running and fighting and driving is not good. Navigation is the main problem with this game. Anywhere you want to go the camera goes crazy and I can't focus on what I'm trying to do. Adjusting doesn't help. I shouldn't have bought it but I thought maybe it would be ok and I was wrong.
The driving controls are terrible. I'm constantly getting stuck on accelerate or reverse and the steering either doesn't work or over compensates. I'm using the ridiculous line to steer now as it is all that gives usable control. A steering wheel is what is needed though
I agree 100%. Why they took the steering wheel out is beyond me; it gave sublime steering control, that completely contrasts the poor arrow in Vegas.
The game still freezes for me unless I turn on airport mode. How long is it going to take them to fix this bug? This is getting ridiculous.
I have to agree with the control issues but don't remember that Rio's controls were any better. I never really used the steering whell so can't say if was better. All I can say is the story and voice acting is about 10 x better. While it has some explicit language it's not as non sensical as Rio dropping f Bombs every other word for no reason. Also in terms of gameplay missions aren't as frustrating - even including the call for help to pay to finish a mission you really can't complete... While some hate it, I find it useful to reduce the frustration. Also money making is a lot more reasonable .
