It's already been confirmed that there will be gambling mini games and I'm guessing you never played the updates in rio (which added like 5 new side missions)

Hope there will be real customization this time, not just stupid hats that don't fit the head. Wish they would just let us make our own character for the game, the look i mean. Also hope the voice acting isn't dumb like Rio. Wow, how they messed up on that game. I bet there won't be any car jumps in this game. If there isn't i wont even attempt to buy it. Rio was so stupid feeling when you drove a darn vehicle.

 

Basically, Rio stinks, Vegas hopefully will be better.
It'd be funny if thet found a way to make a story worse than Raul's stupid quest.
Seriously, I really enjoyed Miami, but Rio was a huge step down story-wise.
